Act of Acceptance of Completed Contractor’s Works – model form КБ-2в.

The Act is composed monthly by the experts of the subcontractor (prime contractor). It is sent to the prime contractor (customer) and it is aimed at determining the cost of completed amount of contract works, separate types of works and settlement of the accounts for the completed works. The Act is composed in two copies.
Model form is applicable to the construction enterprises and construction departments of the enterprises of all types of economic activity regardless of the ownership form which perform construction and installation works, works of capital and running repairs of the buildings and constructions, other contract works which involve state budget funds or funds of the state enterprises, institutions or organizations.sample...
